Bookatlas (cloud.bookatlas.dev, the "Service") hosts and displays markdown books you upload. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it — as a private draft to you, and publicly if and only if you press Publish. Delete a book and that license ends; we remove the stored content.

Acceptable use

Publish only content you have the right to publish. No malware, spam, doxxing, or content that is illegal where you or we operate. We may unpublish or remove content that violates this, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

Beta caveats

The Service is provided as-is, invite-only, without uptime guarantees. Keep your own copies of your files — the upload is the source of truth, and you always have it. Plan limits may change; paid plans will be announced before anything is charged.
